Happy 4th of July week! In honor of our nation’s birthday, I thought it appropriate to celebrate America somehow. And what would be better or more appropriate than covering the immigrant’s journey to America? The United States is a nation founded on immigration, so on this week’s show, we celebrate that by featuring Simon Lomax, an Australian ex-pat, a recovering journalist, and a fully naturalized U.S. citizen. Simon is one of the proudest Americans I know, and we talk about the opportunities this country affords, its unique system of governance, and much much more.
